Actually, 4.5-5 for flavor and ease of prep, but the instructions are pretty poor.
- The recipe calls for 100g/2oz of sugar to sweeten 2 cups of milk. My scale was set for grams, so I weighed out 100g and marveled at the amount of sugar for this amount...
