I reduced the sugar in the topping mixture to 1/2 a cup, sprinkled some flaked almonds on top and increased baking time by approx. 10 minutes.

Makes 10 small cakes - hazelnut/coffee-flavoured cakes topped with a chocolate glaze (which can also be used as a rich chocolate sauce with other desserts).

Filling can easily be made with a food processor. Cheesecake takes approximately 70 minutes to bake. Serve cooled, cut into wedges with thick (double) cream.
