Good, if a bit odd. Essentially this is an open box (yes, a box) cut from a potato, boiled till done, and filled with a tasty, simple-to-make leek mousse (i.e., leeks sautéed in butter, with cream, and S&P). Tasty, but why?

The result of the recipe is better than 3, but the instructions and proportions are wrong, so I've down-graded based on that. Too bad.
I made the mango ice cream with only 1/3cup sugar (instead of 1/2cup). It was fine, very good even.
