I wasn't thrilled with this. You do need a smaller crock pot for this dish.

Less spices than the machaca beef but just as good. Just depends on what I have on hand is which recipe I use.

This was a very versatile dish with a subtle spiciness. We used these for burritos, tacos, and a small batch of veggie tomato soup. Good meat to make and have on hand for emergency fixes.
