The garlic mayo is amazing and chicken and fixings in pita fantastic. I forgot to slice my avocado though and add cilantro to my corn. Hubby and son detest cilantro

I used the oven method instead of grilling. This was delicious. Moist and ooey gooey in the center.

I made two of the versions of spreads for grilled corn on the cob from this book. I liked the Thai best and son the Morracan but they were both good .
