This was a fairly involved recipe. I thought it was very good. My husband didn't like it as well as some other Halibut recipes I've tried. I think I overcooked the fish which I think colored his opinion though.

This was the first brisket I'd made and I was quite happy with the results. Flavorful and juicy. I made it for dinner guests and got many complements.
