This is great with any breakfast but especially good with the German Pancake on the same page. I make this often especially in the fall and winter. We like it with the golden raisins but it's also good with regular raisins.

Great for a party or for a snack. We've made this many times and sometimes even switch up the cheese to what ever we're in the mood for. Great right by the recipe too.
