Very simple buttery cookies, made just that bit different by the caraway seeds. Very nice. The dough did not get 'sticky' as the recipe said but otherwise everything went as planned.

Very nice. The currants, cinnamon and lemon peel work together to create an "apple pie" effect.

Good crisp-chewy coconut cookies. The mixture did get a bit too crumbly, next time I'll take a bit less coconut.

Nice buttery biscuits. I will also try them with caraway seeds. They do not spread when baking so they can be put close to each other on the baking sheet.
