I love to go to Mesa Grill for dinner. Now I could bring the flavor of Bobby Flay's southwestern kitchen to mine. The recipes are a bit complicated with sauces, garnishes and extra components. Also some of the ingredients may be hard to find. But if you get past all that, you will have some very flavorful food.
