Pike's Peak Potatoes from Creme De Colorado Cookbook (Celebrating Twenty Five Years of Culinary Artistry)

Very simple recipe and have been using this for years pared with pork tenderloin. I often substitute gruyere cheese for the swiss as I prefer the taste and consistency. Enjoy! read more >
