Jerk Chicken with Banana Fried Rice from Dave's Dinners: A Fresh Approach to Home-Cooked Meals

Very tasty dish. Loved the banana rice, chicken was good too, very juicy. Only thing I found odd was the marinade was VERY thick, like a paste. I would thin it a little next time. read more >
