Recipe Review

My cooking club made this years ago and everyone loved it. It is so easy to make- and was the first time any of us had actually cooked a ham. No one complained that there were tons of leftovers. It was delicious in sandwiches the days after.

Does this take a "fresh" ham?
I recently purchased a non-cured ham from a local pork farm, and I'm somewhat mystified about how to cook it.

We were too! It takes a spiral ham which I believe is already cooked.

The internet to the rescue - apparently an uncooked ham is not so rare, and there are lots of options. Mine is hidden away in my freezer, and I'll be sure to review and discuss when I get to it.
