This is exactly what the recipe name says, but what it doesn’t say is that it has a wonderful texture….. creamy, with al dente rice and it tastes great!

The ingredients are very standard: butter, onion, Arborio rice, wine, chicken stock (I used vegetable), and parmesan cheese. The instructions are so detailed and clear, anyone would have success following them, and the finished product is not too rich, which is the way I prefer it, and nicely flavoured.

The author suggests several add-ins but I didn’t go that route as I was using it to make arancini di riso.
