We often enjoy breakfast for supper. Since I found some small really good looking asparagus at the supermarket and found this recipe I decided to make it for our supper to go with the jalapeno pancakes (page 8). I really enjoyed this dish but hubby didn't care for it. I love veggies in my eggs and this was delicious. Tasted like a bit of spring in the winter.
