This was really easy and the flavor combo (peaches, honey, tarragon, wine, and shallots) was fine. My husband liked it quite a bit (4) -- but I didn't like it enough to make it again (2) -- which works out to a rating of 3. I think I'd have liked it better with chicken rather than duck.
