This was really easy and the flavor combo (peaches, honey, tarragon, wine, and shallots) was fine. My husband liked it quite a bit (4) -- but I didn't like it enough to make it again (2) -- which works out to a rating of 3. I think I'd have liked it...

My husband and I really enjoyed this side dish -- the combo of beans, shallots, toasted walnuts, chevre, and a bit of walnut oil really worked for us.
Although I am sure this would have been superb with fresh green beans, I used frozen haricots verts...
