Cake is very tasty and moist. A good fall cake to use up plentiful apples.
My only changes is that I used apple juice instead of orange because I had that on hand. Also it cooked in far less time than the recipe time of an hour and a half. I cooked mine for about an hour and 10 minutes and it was slightly over-browned.
