This is a very simple recipe. Unfortunately, I think that I added too much water, as the recipe does not specify an exact amount. Next time, I would add four or five cups, and only add more if I felt that the soup was too thick.
A good soup, easy. Whole recipe served 2 as dinner. The "leek dissolving" step (2) takes quite some time, but not much attention is required.
