Delicious and easy side. I doubled the recipe and used a 12 oz bag of broccoli slaw mix. It gives an option of using lemon or lime juice or vinegar along with the olive oil in the dressing, so I used red wine vinegar flavored with pomegranate. This was great with the Nachos from page 63. Daughter and I loved, hubby didn't like and son said was ok.
