I love brussels sprouts but have never eaten them raw. My sister, daughter (who doesn't care for them cooked) and I all enjoyed this tasty slaw. It's a bit tangy but so good. My sister even liked it before I added the mayo. I did add some black pepper to ours. Anne says she doesn't care much for black pepper. My sister and daughter shaved the brussels sprouts on my mandoline. This was a bit tricky but they finally figured out how to do 4 at a time which speeded up the process a bit.
