Hmm. Not really what I had expected - not creamy in the sense of cream but rather starchy as if we had used potatoes. Might have been the celeriac, though. The milk curdled slightly when we mixed it with the wine, but everything went back to normal once we puréed the soup.
I didn't make the ravioli (hello, full-time job!) but used store-bought ones which was absolutely fine even if that can never come close to home made ones filled with smoked goose breast (sigh). It would have been nice, though, to have the ingredients for ravioli and soup listed seperately for us poor slaves of work.
Enough for four as an appetizer, not as a full meal.
