This week's lunch for DB. He actually quite enjoyed it! I took a shortcut with the lentils as dried red lentils weren't available - canned brown lentils apparently worked just as well. Also, chicken was sold out so we opted for turkey instead.
I worried a bit because the corn salad wilted the moment I mixed it with the rest, see upper left on the photo - no wonder, the salad was still warm. I later added some more corn salad (see lower right), but in the end, DB said he preferred the wilted leaves - easier to eat, and actually quite nice tastewise. However I do take issue with the image in the magazine as it doesn't look like it should - that dish hardly contains any salad leaves at all!
