Interesting sauce; the combination of tomato, cream and orange juice confusingly produced a very delicious but faintly mango-flavoured sauce (DB disagrees, on the mango-thing, not on how delicious it was). Personally, I wasn't that much of a fan of the walnuts (but then I'm not that much of a fan of walnuts in savoury dishes); I might try hazelnuts tomorrow.
I made the gnocchi this time, but it wasn't really worth it; also, I'm not sure why but they tasted quite watery. Next time I'll used store-bought ones.
Portionwise, it's only enough for four if you mean four women on a diet.
