Beautiful, but very little added taste. Actually, I wasn't surprised - the dish contained hardly anything else other than squid, with just a very little soy sauce, rice wine and nearly no ginger at all, and that was it.

It was very beautiful to look at, but I guess that's mainly down to the kind of squid (a squid, by the way, that still needed to be cleaned - on a weekday evening. Ugh).
