Lovely bacon, red onion, and cheese sauced pasta!
We could not find bucatini pasta, and so substituted linguini. We also substituted Parmesan for the Pecorino, as that was what we had.
This was a nice quick meal. It did suffer from a bit of extra bacon oil (we would recommend draining some of the bacon grease before adding the pasta). A very respectable weekday dinner prepared by my 16 yr old son.
