A very good salad largely composed of chicken, bacon, and croutons. This is similar to this Zuni bread salad. However, I think the Zuni salad had much better preparation of the croutons, but the Epic Roast Chicken salad had a better assortment of vegetables.

Bites with bacon were especially delicious.
