This salad is our absolute favorite and go-to in the fall when grapefruits are abundant in Texas. Its delicious, fresh and works beautifully as a side salad or an entree if portions are increased.
The portion of dressing made with the recipe is rather large, but its a great to have around for a quick and tangy dressing of some simple mixed greens.
