Rating 3 - Pretty good, no complaints, but not so amazing that I'll make it again.
We originally had to put off making this because we didn't read far enough into the recipe to see that it has to marinade for 2 hours...
This recipe was very simple and tasty. I should have listened when it doesn't say to chop the rosemary. I chopped it anyway and realized the sprigs should have remained whole so they can be removed and tossed later. I found it was necessary to skim the top off the sauce after reducing it.
This was a pretty satisfying dinner, but nothing I would go out of my way to make again.
