Nice change from my usual egg salad. I do usually toast mine but ate it un-toasted as suggested in the recipe. Good but I like mine better on toast I think. I did use less mayo than called for since I don't like soupy egg salad. It calls for 3/4 cup and I used 1/2 cup and the 1 tablespoon of Dijon. The bacon is a nice addition.
