It grows on you. When I first tasted it, I thought it was a 1-star recipe for sure. Then when I dipped some cucumber pieces into it, I thought, well, maybe 2. But about 30 minutes later, I put some on my salad and thought "OK, better than expected".
If you like tahini, just a bit saltier with the miso, then you'll appreciate this. I ended up adding a bit of extra lemon, and don't forget to dilute it with warm water. I didn't measure the water, but rather diluted to the taste and viscosity I wanted.
It preps very quickly, but isn't much to look at! But it is pretty healthy, and no supplemental oil! Not amazing, but pretty good for an occasional salad dressing.
