This frosting is super creamy and has a luxurious feel on the tongue from the cream cheese. It doesn't taste overly sweet even using confectioners sugar. Reminds me of the new chocolate cream cheese spread that's on the market now but better. I made this one to spread on the brownies from page 153 since I didn't have Ovaltine powder that was an ingredient for the Best Chocolate Buttercream Frosting on page 133 that was suggested for the brownies. I'm sure that icing would be good too and maybe next time I'll try it. The Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting would also be great on a chocolate cake.
