Sovay from Northern England,

Nice and simple but great flavours. It takes a little bit longer to get the leeks really soft than the recipe suggests (unless you slice them thinner) but that's not a major problem.

Good on toast as per the recipe, but even better (in my view) accompanying a crisp-skinned baked potato.
