Rating 2 - Meh, just okay.

I really wanted to give this a 3, but it really didn't deserve it. It's really the first America's Test Kitchen recipe I've cooked that looked great on paper but didn't amount to much. It was mostly blah. The chicken tasted good. Generally though, for a half a stick of butter in a dish for 2 people, it better be worth it.

We also had to cook the onions quite a bit longer. Usually ATK directions are spot on, but I could tell by looking at the heat setting called for and time, that the onions were still going to be not caramelized. They weren't even close. We had to cook the onions for an additional 10 minutes to make them palatable.
