Wouldn't touch that pastry with a barge pole! I use Charmaine Solomon's no-roll (and no bake blind!) pastry for all tarts, it's so much easier.

Ha, you're so right, sometimes you should stick to tried and tested recipes. I have been wondering whether I should try cookies with that pastry, I think that might work (except from being difficult to handle..)
