I made these for my in-laws. It was a very easy recipe to make. It was a tad bit bland - maybe I should have put in more salt or other spices. Also, I would recommend using a very sharp cheddar for the cheese - I used a regular "sharp" cheddar (Tilamook sharp), but it really would have been even better with a stronger sharp.
