A very tasty breakfast treat -- easy to make several days in advance if you are expecting holiday guests. Good on its own, as a cereal, or stirred into or sprinkled on top of vanilla or honey-flavored Greek yogurt.
The recipe is part of an article on granola and includes two other excellent recipes, a Maple Walnut Granola with Dates (nice because it pleases those who don't like their granola too sweet), and a Honey Almond Granola. I found I had to watch this last one a little more closely than the other two recipes to keep it from burning in the oven.
