Oh yes, definitely a keeper.

I had 380g of merlan (whiting?), and made about an 80% recipe. Make 7 patties altogether, maybe slightly larger than asked. Two of us ate five of these, only because we wanted to keep two for tomorrow's lunch. This makes me doubt the suggestion that the whole recipe serve 6-8. I just noticed that I forgot to flour the patties before frying. Oh well.

Used a seeded cayenne chili and a healthy dose of cayenne powder. Might not bother with seeding next time.
