Creamy and delicious. Perfect texture at 35 minute mark and just the right sweetness with 1/4 cup sugar. I did skimp on the salt (used about 1/2 teaspoon) and added a cinnamon stick to the milk and sugar. Nice and creamy without eggs or heavy cream.

Perfect Buttermilk Pancakes reviewed by jenncc

These were not thick and fluffy for me- more thin and eggy. I didn't mind at all, because with a good dose of vanilla the flavor was really nice, however the fluffy pancake lovers were not as impressed. I will make these again for the appropriate audience.
