This was really tasty. I loved the addition of the piquillo pepper. I used ricotta salata because members of my household don't care for feta, and the substitution worked very well.

I absolutely agree with theprevious reviewer - there are few ingredients, so it very important that you use high quality ingredients, especially with regards to olive oil. If you do, it'll be extremely delicious.

I made this recipe as part of a Mezze platter. The recipe is super simple. There are only a few ingredients, so it is best to get the best quality you can find. I loved all the flavors especially the flavor the piquillo pepper added. The fresh herbs were great too.
