Trying to incorporate fish more into our diet, I made this. The salsa was quite tasty, but there is no such thing as a large papaya that will yield 2 cups papaya. The smallest one I could find gave me 6 cups easy. We were eating papaya for days.
As for the recipe...meh. It didn't have much flavor, and I had to substitute mahi mahi as swordfish is not sustainable nor available in my area. I don't think I'll make again.
