I really enjoyed this unadulterated loaf! It's Banana Bread in its purest form - no spices or topping, no vanilla. The only "extra" here are the walnuts which of course are optional. This bread is baked slow and low (275 for 2 hours in my oven) and comes out super moist and delicious.
