This came out great - moist and flavorful. I marinated the chicken about 6 hours and used the oven method (425 for about 25 minutes).

Very tasty and most of them formed a nice "pocket". I think this recipe has a little more olive oil than my usual and this really boosted the flavor.

This recipe worked really well. Usually, my stir fry comes out kind of bland, but this one was very appealing. Fried tofu adds some texture. Flavors are simple but work well.
