Quite nice, but just as with the Eggplant with Spicy Garlic Sauce we served tonight, it wasn't as exciting as the recipes we're used to. Furthermore, the spare ribs had quite a bit of fat, and I didn't think this dish brought out the best of that.

Nearly identical to the Spicy Cucumber Salad from BBC Good Food: 101 Healthy Eats I made last week; this salad was nicer though. The version in 101 Healthy Eats had a too strong marinade, and too much of it, while in this salad the flavours of the cucumber...
