My boyfriend and I loved this dish. It was easy to make and didn't require ingredients that we had to run around the city for. We served this with crusty whole grain bread. I will definitely make this again.

The flavour of the asian marinade was excellent but the heat was too high. I'd suggest baking it at a lower temperature like 375F.
