These are beef and cabbage buns. They are delicious and I use them for lunches and picnics. I made slight changes- I use more s/p, canadian cheddar, and well cook the cabbage.

Oh my! This was delicious. It is a little labor intensive, but if you have the time to make it, it is worth it. I thought I had just bought a wonderful pastry from a top notch bakery. I froze one of the rolls and it was just as good as the first one...
