A really good dish.
- Used 12 skinned, bone-in chicken thighs, rather than chicken quarters. This was almost 4#, about 1# less than asked. I made all the marinade/sauce; this was way more than enough. (But it was good.)
- Overlooked the "marinate overnight"...
