Needs salt! In my effort to slow cook more, I've gone through this book (love this series) and choose this recipe but man...is it bland! Can't figure out why. But, with salt, it becomes...ok. Served with rice made in my rice cooker (another great invention)....

So disappointed in this flavorless (which is amazing, considering how much cheese is in it!) soup! A customer gave my husband a huge bag of potatoes and this recipe was choosen solely because I went down the index (the first column of three for potatoes)...
