I made this one for Harold, Sarita and I on our OBX 2015 vacation. All three of us devoured ours. So good. Dexter and Andrew don't care much for shrimp so they had beef burgers.

I really enjoyed these, although I though one hot dog bun for two people was a skimpy serving size. I ate a whole one. The filling on the other side was supposed to serve 4 and I had enough to fill eight hot dog buns instead of two. Son ate two the first...

These were surprisingly good. Who would of thought to lighten up lemon bars by using low fat cottage cheese processed until smooth in the food processor. Nice lemony flavor too.
