Very nice side for Asian dishes. A simple saute of of green beens with a bit of garlic added toward the end for flavor and aroma, and then a splash of a soy sauce/honey mixture.

A really nice splurge dish on a day when you throw caution to the winds and want cheesy creamy deliciousness. The cheese sauce is terrific (sharp cheddar and Monterey Jack, whole milk, with thyme and a bay leaf). My family prefers this dish NOT baked...

Balsamic Sauteed Mushrooms reviewed by aj12754
A nice side dish, particularly for beef main dishes. Takes about 10 minutes to make (once the prep of cleaning and quartering mushrooms and mincing 1-2 cloves of garlic is done) which means you can make it while your steak or roast beef is resting.
