This sounded like a bad idea (shredded cabbage, onion and chilli cooked in a covered pan over a high heat with NO oil and NO liquid) but it worked well - didn't burn and tasted great. The only other ingredients are salt and a little dessicated coconut...

A nice mild soup. Added noodles to make it a light dinner and used a lot more chicken stock then the amount listed, about 2 litres.
